Terms and Conditions of Course Enrollment

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your enrollment in the Certified Investment Analyst Professional (“Course”) provided by Colorful Land of Enchantment (“Provider”). By enrolling in and participating in the Course, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein.

2. Course Enrollment and Payment

2.1. Enrollment: Enrollment in the Course is subject to availability and acceptance by the Provider. The Provider reserves the right to refuse enrollment at its sole discretion.

2.2. Payment: Payment for the Course must be made in full prior or in monthly installments to the commencement of the Course. The Course fee is non-refundable except as provided in the refund policy.

3. Course Completion and Certification

3.1. Completion: To successfully complete the Course, you must meet all the course requirements, including but not limited to, attendance, participation, assignments, and examinations.

3.2. Certification: Upon successful completion of the Course, you will be awarded a certification indicating that you have achieved the title of “Certified Investment Analyst Professional” This certification is valid for a period of two (2) years from the date of issuance.

4. Continuing Professional Development (CPD)

4.1. CPD Requirement: To maintain the validity of your “Certified Investment Analyst Professional” certification beyond the initial two (2) year period, you are required to engage in Continuing Professional Development (CPD). CPD must be completed every two (2) years to retain the certification.

4.2. CPD Cost: The cost for CPD is currently $100.00 for each two (2) year period. The Provider reserves the right to adjust the CPD fee, and any such changes will be communicated in advance. The CPD amount is subject to change.

5. Licensing and Agreements

5.1. Licensing: The Provider has licensing agreements and other arrangements with companies in the United States and internationally. These agreements may impact the availability or content of the Course and certification.

6. Contact and Documentation

6.1. Contact: By enrolling in the Course, you consent to being contacted by the Provider regarding the Course, including but not limited to, course updates, promotional information, and administrative matters.

6.2. Documentation: The Provider reserves the right to document and maintain a database of individuals who have completed the Course. This documentation may be used for verification purposes and to provide proof of course completion to third parties, if necessary.

7. Termination and Suspension

7.1. Termination: The Provider may terminate your enrollment in the Course and revoke your certification if you fail to comply with the terms of this Agreement, including but not limited to non-payment, failure to meet course requirements, or violation of the Provider’s policies.

7.2. Suspension: The Provider reserves the right to suspend your enrollment or certification in the event of a dispute or pending investigation related to your compliance with the Course requirements.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. Ownership: All intellectual property rights in the Course materials, including but not limited to, texts, images, and videos, are owned by the Provider. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for any purpose other than personal educational use without prior written consent from the Provider.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. Liability: The Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in the Course or your use of the certification.

10. Governing Law

10.1. Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

11.1. Amendments: The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on the Provider’s website or notification to you.

By enrolling in the Course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
